Workplace Medicine Australia (WMA) was created by Medical Professionals with the aim of implementing evidence-based healthcare solutions to ensure a healthy workforce and enhance capability within Organisations.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Scott Allison, is a Specialist General Practitioner with an interest in Workplace Medicine. He has experience working in Healthcare delivery across Public, Private & Defence sectors.
Dr. Allison will ensure that workplace health solutions are implemented within your Organisation that are in-line with best medical practice and constantly evolving Government recommendations.
Dr. Scott Allison

Dr. Scott Allison is the Medical Director of Workplace Medical Australia. He graduated from Medical School at the University of Queensland in 2011. He has worked across both Public & Private sectors with experience in the Australian Defence Force.
Dr. Allison is a Specialist General Practitioner with an interest in Workplace Medicine, a Medical Officer Reservist in the Australian Army and a Senior Lecturer for UQ School of Medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery, a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, a Master of Public Health and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr. Allison’s aim as Medical Director is to ensure that Medical Policies & Procedures being implemented within your organisation are in line with current best practice and Government guidelines to ensure a healthy workforce.
Damian is the Operations Manager at Workplace Medicine Australia. He graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Pharmacy & a Bachelor of Commerce.
Damian understands the commercial needs of Organisations and how Health delivery can seamlessly integrate into daily workflows. He brings 15 years of experience owning & operating a pharmacy and medical centre in Brisbane CBD.
Damian’s goal is to organise a capable team in a calm and efficient manner to ensure WMA delivers for their clients.
Through recognition of the need for a combination of skills to assist in mitigating the widespread impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our community, we have developed a strategic partnership with national engineering consultancy, ADG Engineers (ADG). ADG provide expert technology and risk advisory services, which allow us to provide end to end support services and deliver a valuable risk management solution to better support our community in navigating a path through this challenging period.
